Welcome to our Clearwater Garage project, where thoughtful design meets functionality. This 30′ x 40′ garage was carefully planned to provide ample space for vehicles, storage, and everyday use. Featuring three 10′ doors for easy access and a second floor dedicated to storage, the design maximizes practicality without sacrificing style.
Our role included completing the full design and permit drawings, ensuring that every detail met code requirements while reflecting the client’s needs. The result is a flexible, efficient, and well-planned garage design ready for construction.
