State Farm Garage
Welcome to our Multi-Structure Design project, created to maximize both function and lifestyle on one property. The centerpiece is a 30′ x 40′ two-car garage with a full apartment above, providing storage, parking, and comfortable living space in one design.
To complement the inground pool, we designed a cabana that serves as a shaded retreat and entertainment area, while an auxiliary garage at the rear of the property adds additional storage and utility. Together, these elements form a cohesive plan that blends practicality with convenience, tailored to support both everyday use and recreation.
