Perched on a hill above scenic Pontusic Lake, this build features a 16′ x 50′ deck with a 12′ x 16′ screened porch, offering both open-air and sheltered spaces to enjoy the view. At the base, a Goshen stone wall and patio with stone stairs create a natural connection between levels, blending function and beauty for a retreat that’s as inviting as it is enduring.
