For more than 15 years, I have worked throughout residential and commercial construction—as a carpenter, construction manager, draftsman, and project planner. That experience taught me that successful projects are defined not only by how well they are built, but by how clearly they are planned and documented before construction begins.
After seeing how incomplete designs, uncertain scopes, and rushed decisions can affect costs, schedules, and construction, I shaped Berkshire Build & Craft around a planning-first approach. For homeowners and commercial clients, that means turning ideas into practical designs, thoughtful selections, documented scopes, and clear project information that contractors can accurately price and build from.
I also provide drafting, existing-condition documentation, 3D property scanning, visual walkthroughs, and project support for contractors, architects, engineers, and real estate professionals. Each service is tailored to give clients and project teams more accurate information, clearer communication, and greater confidence in their decisions.
Today, I bring together hands-on construction knowledge, an A.A.S. in Construction Management, and an Unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License. Whether I am developing a remodeling plan, documenting an existing property, supporting another design professional, or helping manage construction, my purpose remains the same: to help move each project forward with clarity, practicality, and attention to detail.
